Quays:	Syncrolift with 1170 t capacity; loadout pier with capability to transfer Panamax vessels up to 30,000 t, 300 m wet berth, 8,000 sq.m. of dry repair area services by transporters.
Cranage:	-14,000 sq.m. of enclosed fabrication and assembly area, 3 numerically controlled cutting machines, robotic profile line, panel line, 1000 t plate press, 1000t press brake, 400 t frame bender and 15 cranes supporting lifts up to 80t. -4,700 sq.m. of enclosed outfit manufacturing space with facilities for pipe, electrical, machinery and module fabrication. 17,000 sq.m. Machine Shop, 2 shaft lines (8m and 12 m), 3 smaller engine lathees up to 4 m, 1 horizontal and 2 vertical milling machines. -4,000 sq.m. of enclosed, environmentally controlled area with capability to accept vessels up to 75 m in length. 6,200 sq.m. level erection berth, serviced by dedicated 300 t gantry crane.
