Stocznia Szczecinska created on the 45-hectare area of the former Szczecin Shipyard, is located in the north-east part of Szczecin (Poland), about two kilometers away from the city center. - It borders Oder river to the east. Its neighboring areas are earmarked for manufacturing and service purposes. - The infrastructure of Stocznia Szczecinska is made up primarily of structures typical for the shipbuilding industry, incl. halls, cranes, slipways, wharfs, warehouses and storage yards. - Most assets of the Park can be used for a broad variety of purposes, incl. production of large steel structures and vessels. Companies operating in the offshore and steel industry are especially welcome.
