CLASSIFICATION:

The dock is classified by Polish Register of Shipping - PRS /IACS member/.

MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT:

All construction materials and equipment are originated from European Community.

PAINTING SYSTEM:

Complete painting system is delivered by Hempel. Painting work is done under Hempel's supervision.
- ballast tanks: Hempadur Quattro 2x150 um
- above water line: Hempadur Mastic 2x100 um + Hempathane Topcoat 1x50 um
- under water line: Hempadur Quattro 2x150 um

TERMS OF DELIVERY:

The dock will be delivered as it is, ex works /EXW as per Incoterms 2000/, afloat in harbor of Swinoujscie, Poland, after final commissioning, after operational trials, with theoretical calculated stability and with class certificate. CIF terms delivery on request.

PRICES FOR OPTIONAL DELIVERIES:

A pit 6x5x1,8 m on the keel track for servicing of azimuthal propellers, price EUR 100.000,- Lifting capacity increase by 400 tons by additional tanks in platforms, price EUR 100.000,-

DATE OF DELIVERY:

Ready to delivery.

GUARANTEE:

Guarantee on the dock is 12 months from the date of class certificate issue. 5 years Hempel's guarantee on painting system.

VALIDITY OF THE OFFER:

The offer is valid till 31.03.2013
